Thanks Allen, Also I could see the SQL being executed by the session from the current activity in the Enterprrise manager by clicking on the session . Does SQL server rollback one of the transactions if there is a dead lock ? ( Oracle does ) . Anyway I killed the blocking sessions and it […]

Have not. Doubletake mirrors at the disk level, block replication. Might look at it. I think most products I've heard about use triggers - only reason I can think to use them is if you're replicating to a non SQL platform? Andy http://qa.sqlservercentral.com/columnists/awarren/
