Yes, thank you. We are planning on using Datacenter. I'll try scanning the other threads, but if someone has information off the top of their head on how to access all the RAM on the box like Antares has mentioned, that would be helpful. Thanks again everyone.

Yes it is possible. If they are on the same server you can use fully qualified database.owner.table syntax. For example: select * from database1.dbo.customer If they are on different servers you will have to probably look into linked servers.

It sounds like you have an installation issue. I saw a similar post recently, search "dbase" and you should find it. Once this is up, it usually works, though I have had issues with individual pacakges. If all packages are having issues, I'd think the install is corrupt somewhere. Steve Jones steve@dkranch.net
