Make sure you are not trying to re-create the table when it already exists from the first time you ran the package.

It appears your database is truly corrupted and attempts to reset the status will not be successful (as you've found out). Do you have a recent full backup to restore from? Were there any actions undertaken (eg. detach/attach) leading up to the suspect status occurring? Cheers, - Mark
