It looks like you have different collations between server A and B or between the databases/columns on A and B. Maybe you can try moving data using a SELECT query with the collate parameter.

I am using MSSQL and I know that such syntax is valid in Query Analyzer, but it just does not allow me to insert this code in the member properties ... delpiero

SQL doesnot allow you to use derived column names in the where clause. You will have to repeat the formula in the where clause

Okay, that's acceptable. I guess you would be lost without an instrument that could deal with missing information in that clientel anyway.
