Is there any way to include the column names when I copy and paste the grid results from Query Analyzer?

Not that I know. Unless you include first the columns that you need to copy in the select clause, so they are all contiguous.

Or change the output to text instead of grid.

If you're copying and pasting into Excel, output to text and change the results to tab-delimited.
Then you can copy and paste the whole lot straight into Excel.
Hope this helps

Also you can do this with a view in EM. After opening the view, mark the columns, Ctr+C and paste.
