As we approach the end of 2012 – The release year for SQL Server 2012 many of you as we approach 2013 will have version upgrades, hardware refreshed and the real possibility of SQL Server 2012 being run in your production environment. So you might be after some SQL Server Training in SQL Server 2012 to prepare for a version upgrade. • Column Store indexes can be useful in decision support environments, extended events now has its own GUI interface and extended events is definitely a tool the SQL Server DBA will need going forward.
• We finish up with a look at the changes in high availability – AlwaysOn Availability Groups is a feature that is talked about a lot. You learn how to build and AlwaysOn Availability group from the ground up
