Ability to use database created in 2005 enterprise with 2005 standard version

  We have a SQL 2005 database that is being accessed by a SQL Server 2005 Enterprise Edition (64 bit) server with active-passive clustering.

  We need to create a reporting database off of this base and we would like to have the new server running SQL Server 2005 Standard Edition (64 bit). We will most likely use native SQL replication to do this.

  We need to know if there are any compatibility issues associated with doing this??

  Hi There,

  You should be able to replicate between Enterprise and Standard if you like. You should also have no problems moving the databases between editions.
