about Export Command

    i am having exel(.xls) file. i want to export the data's to sql Server please help me in this..

    one may doubt it is possible to convert word file to exel(*.xls) or is their any way to add word data to sqlserver......

    Hi Krishan,

    YOu might want to try posting import/export type questions in the DTS forum.

    Having said that, it sounds like you will want to use DTS to load the excel data to a MSSQL2K database. One of the easiest (and therefore coursest grained) approaches is to go to Start|Programs|Microsoft SQL Server|Import and Export Data. This will start up the import/export data wizard, which should lead you thru the loading of your Excel data to SQL.
