  When I install SP3 to SQL2K from the SP3 cd-rom, it ask for a reboot. Is there a way to install SP3 to all, or more than one, instance before forcing a reboot?

  I have 6 instances on one server and I'd like to get them all up to SP3 without doing 6 reboots.

  I wouldn't be wishing for that functionality. The whole point of instance design is to ISOLATE multiple databse environments.
