  I wish to be able to Audit any Object events including Updating an object structure, Inserting or Deleting it.  This is to discover when and who has been adding modifiying or dropping Tables, Triggers and SPs.  Can anyone advise how to best approach this problem?

  Off the top of my head, there's SQL Server's C2 auditing, SQL profiler tracing, and products for purchase like Lumigent's Entegra.
