Avoid Long Running Transaction

    We have one situation where we are frequently facing the issues for open transaction. We are working in development enviornment where sometimes it happens the developers closes the transaction but transaction remains open when after closing the application. I am not able to figure it out how this is happing we are using the LINQ tech. for development.
