  Can we do a bcp out as .mdb from SQL server 2000?

  I don't think that BCP can handle it. BCP is meant for flat files, not relational databases.

  Why don't you use DTS (in SQL 2000) or SSIS (if you are using SQL 2005)?

  Why not just keep the data in SQL and use an Access Project (as opposed to an Access Database) as your front end?
