What good web site and books can I look at to learn about Analysis Services. I have never used it and need to learn.

MDX Solutions, George Spofford, Wiley

Beginners should look at:
"Fast Track to MDX" ISBN: 1-852-33681-1
Good beginners stuff but lacking in detail.
More expirenced users will need:
"MDX Solutions", George Spofford, Wiley ISBN: 0-471-40046-7
as suggested by hoosierpride also. Gets right down to the tough stuff but serious hard going. It's the best reference I've found on MDX yet.
I've sent in a beginners guide to MDX as an article, but I haven't heard back about it yet...
