Heck with floppies...my first computer used a cassette tape.

Cassettes here as well on a shared Nascom-1 (strangely Chris Shelton its developer is virtually forgotten unlike Clive Sinclair). My true first PC used cassette as well - the Dragon disc drives were far more expensive than the PC itself and well outside my budget at the time! 😀
