cannot display all the columns on one page in excel

  There is one report with 14 inches width. I want to export it to the excel and print out in the legal size(14''*8.5").

  But all the columns are not displayed on one page. How can I do this?

  Click View - > "Page Break Preview" in Excel and make it to one page
