Can't import packages to IS

    Here's a weird one:

    I connect to Integration Services on Sql Server 2008 R2. I right-click on MSDB and choose 'Import Package...' and receive the message:

    Unable to cast object of type 'Microsoft.SqlServer.Dts.ObjectExplorerUI.ImportPackageAsAction' to type

    'Microsoft.SqlServer.Dts.ObjectExplorerUI.ISimpleAction'. (Microsoft.SqlServer.DtsObjectExplorerUI)

    However, if I login to the Windows server running that instance and launch SSMS from there, I can perform the import without problems.

    On my workstation (Windows 7 pro) I am running SSMS for Sql Server 2008 R2. The Windows Server is running 2008 R2.

    Has anyone seen this problem or know of a solution or workaround? I do NOT want to run SSMS on my server!!!
