I would like to capture the package start time, end time & a flage to mention if the package was a success or a failure in a table. When i use the inbuilt logging feature, the details are getting captured in sysssislog table. However, i would like thse information to be logged in a user defined table.
Please let me know how we can implement this. I do not want to included execute sql task control flows at the beginning and the end of the package to implement this functionality. I would like to know if there is any way to implement this functionality using Event Handlers or any other options.
