Comparing Stored Procedures, Views, and Functions between Databases

    Hi,

    Hopefully this is a simple question, but can someone tell me which system table SQL stores the text behind Views, Procedures, and Functions in SQL 2008? I'd like to write a small app to compare these both against historical versions of themselves and against other databases as the database evolves, but I can't find where they're stored.

    I hoped they would be in sys.Objects or sys.Procedures, but they're not.
