Hi all,
I have a table which has computed columns defined on it.When i use EM to view the table desing or double click it i don't see these columns where as when i run sp_help for this table i can see that the column are exising.
I have SQL2k with sp3 running on this server.
AN dalso if i want to know whats the formula defined for these computed colums how can i get it.
Thanks,

Can't speak to the view through EM but, to get the formula I would GUESS that you could script out the table and see the computation associated with that column.
Curious if that works so, let me know. Thanks.

You can run the stored procedure sp_mshelpcolumns 'tablename' and in the text column next to the col_iscomputed will appear the formula.
