Recently my database server crashed, had to reinstall NT... Now my SQL server manager is running but my maintenance plan is not working and when I try to access through the Enterprise Manager I get the message:"A connection could not be established to (server name) check to see if sever is running (it is) and check registration properties (sa, looks fine)". Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Have you tried changing the account under which SQL server Agent runs and then re-start the Agent services ?
