Connection to SQL server

    I can RDP to this server box, open SQL Server instance there. But I cannot connect it from my desktop. What are the possible reasons?

    A silly question I'm sure but is your desktop a member of the same domain? Or are you getting an error? i.e. (Cannot generate SSPI context?)
