Hi. We're in the process of moving our performance counters from Windows to DMV particularly the sys.dm_os_performance_counters. Here's my question: is the ratio in the CPU Usage % based on the machine entire processor capacity or is it only on the percentage allocated to SQL Server thru Windows System Resource Manager?
