Do you have a backups of Master before the database became corrupted?

No,
I don't have backup of Master data before corrupt,
I have only working database backup.

Well with no backup the only way would be to rebuild the master database, so you will need to ensure that you know all passwords for all accounts, all server wide objects like linked servers, triggers etc etc as you will loose them all.
Once done, but a backup routine in place to backup your system databases as they are just as important as your user databases.

How to rebuild master database and what is the process?

You may be able to script out logins first (with hashed passwords and SIDs), linked servers, server-level permissions. Some stuff might fail (we have no idea what the corruption actually is at this point), but it's worth a try.
