I was copying a database within the same server using the wizard and I got an error of 'Library not registered'. I don't know what it is supposed to mean.

"Library not registered" this is it. no other explanation.

Oh I Found something on the server. I see three of these programs installed.
Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 Configuration
Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 Wizards
Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 Configuration
