    I, personally, decided not to take the time to breake the code apart finding the section in question. Sorry.

    LOL, I didn't read all the lengthy code but if you need a new line in email, you can use HTML and use all the markup like '<br />'

  • Here is an example for you to understand:

    set @body1 = 'This email is intended for ' + @Email + '.'

    set @body1 = @body1 + '<br />' + '<br />' + '.........'

    set @body1 = @body1 + '<br />' + '<br />' + '<font size="5" face="Times" color="red">' + '.......' + '</font>'

    EXEC msdb.dbo.sp_send_dbmail

    @profile_name = '....',

    @recipients = '....',

    @copy_recipients = '',

    @body = @body1,

    @body_format = 'HTML',

    @subject = '....' ;

  • Thank you very much for your reply i will try today and let you know ,

    Any other suggestions will be highly appreciated,

    Thanks in advance
