Difference Between MS-Access and SQL Server

    Can anyone tell me what is the differenced between MS Access and MS-SQL Server and what is the advantage using SQL Server I want to create presentation to migrate everthing on SQL Server

    SQL Server has a very robust Backup and recovery strategy which access does not have. (Access does not support tran log backups. )Also, the security model for SQL Server is very robust.  You will also see noticeable performance gains where you move to SQL server and run huge queries against it.
