  Hello All,

  I don't know if it's someone here messing about or a possible bug in SQL Server 7.0.

  In the scheduled jobs, I can see my Transaction Log job is enabled.  When I view the properties and then schedules, the schedule is disabled.  Now this was working and nobody claims to have changed this property.  As a result, the log file was full and we lost a bit of time.

  I have experienced this maybe 2 or 3 times previously.

  Has anyone else had this problem?

  I've never encountered it.

  Have you checked the date_modified column of sysjobs?

  Probably too late now, but you may be able to look at a restored version of msdb.
