I have created a DSN that accesses one of our SQL Server databases. The connection was tested and works fine using Sql Server authentication. I linked one of our sql tables to an Access database using the DSN. I am confused as to why the user is constantly being prompted for a username and password everytime he attempts to view the table in Access. I thought that the DSN would be passing the login credentials.

When you link the table you could check " rember password in connection string"

The only time should reappear is if their account is removed or the password changed.
