DTS: Bulk Export Task missing

    I have two pc both with Windows 2000 Professional and SQL Server 2000 Personal Edition SP3. I noticed that Bulk Export Task, when you open DTS designer, is only available in one of my pc. Since both pc have the same SQL Server version, why Bulk Export Task is missing in one of the PC ? Can anybody explain this to me ? and how can I have Bulk Export Task installed on the missing pc ?

    I wonder if this custom task will be updated to work with SSIS in SQL Server 2005.  I'd be cautious about using it in packages that will be run in the next version.
