DTS Excel export sheet2

    All,

    Apologises if this is in the wrong place. Also sorry, if it's been answered before. I did use the search but perhaps with the wrong keywords.

    If I configure DTS to export to a range on sheet1 of an Excel workbook it finds it without a problem. If the range is on another sheet it can't find it. Is there a way around this?

    How are you designating the second range ?

    Is it something like this Sheet2$a4:c

    I have been away from DTS for too long but do remember finding a great deal of help with going to EXCEL here:

    Thanks for your reply and apologises for my slow update, work is crazy at the moment.

    If you specify sheetname$rangename it works for any sheet.
