DTS scheduling Error

    Hi all,

    I am not able schedule job for DTS, here are the details as follows

    In EM, created DTS package. Using Import data option, as File system, during this I opted for Encrypt all data with password & stored in local system

    Created Credentials as windows login in SQL 2005

    Created Proxy account for SSIS package execution

    Created New Job, in job, selected SSIS package type, Run as proxy name, Package source file System, package selected where it is stored, configuration entered package password. & clicked ok. Scheduled package.

    The package is not executing it is throwing an error as

    SQL Server Scheduled Job 'My First DTS Schedule' (0x6C0792C8C321A9478CCBAC7386166F6E) - Status: Failed - Invoked on: 2007-05-21 12:20:00 - Message: The job failed. The Job was invoked by Schedule 5 (My First DTS). The last step to run was step 1 (Step 1).

    could anyone suggest to overcome this problem

    Is this the error in the job history or in an output file?

    The error is in Job history failed, where it is restoring in Event viewer properties - Application.

    Of course table also is not updating.
