Error - SSIS Package while running

    Hi Guys,

    Actually i m facing one problem while windows scheduler running with SSIS Package.

    Error Description:

    Error: 2011-02-03 19:08:05.94

    Code: 0xC00470FE

    Source: Data Flow Task DTS.Pipeline

    Description: The product level is insufficient for component "Excel Source" (

    1).

    End Error

    Please help me to reslove this error,thanks for great help

    Is there any reason why you are not using SQL Agent to run the package?

    If you haven't even tried to resolve your issue, please don't expect the hard-working volunteers here to waste their time providing links to answers which you could easily have found yourself.

    Thanks for Reply., No reason behind using file system.,i don't have much idea about SQL Agent

    I suggest that you learn - it is a better tool to use in this situation.

    Do you have SSIS installed on the machine you are doing this?

    If you haven't even tried to resolve your issue, please don't expect the hard-working volunteers here to waste their time providing links to answers which you could easily have found yourself.

    What edition of SQL are you using? Express, Workgroup, Standard, Enterprise, ????

    Hi.,

    Thanks for suggestion.,SSIS installed on my machine SQLserver 2005.,MS Excel 2007 is this problem But while saving Excel converted to Excel 97-2003..

    please suggest to reslove this issue

    That unfortunately did not answer my question.

    Do a:

    SELECT @@VERSION

    That will answer the question.

    According to this blog article, the issue is related to the fact that SSIS is not installed on the machine:

    Hi

    Thanks for reply., i am using sql server client only., Database connection remote path only.,

    In Developer Machine every thing is running fine.while BIDS it's working fine., It's going for scheduler showing error.
