  Hi,

  While we ran the stored procedure, we land up with the following error.

  Msg 121, Level 20, State 0, Line 0

  A transport-level error has occurred when receiving results from the server. (provider: TCP Provider, error: 0 - The semaphore timeout period has expired.)

  Brief about the procedure: The procedure loads data from the staging table to the main tables of the database. It runs for more than 50min before giving the above error.

  Does any of the data it gets live on a different server than the procedure is running on?

  If so, sounds like it's losing it's connection to a remote server. Could be a network issue or misconfiguration of your NIC / drivers too.
