Good Day, I sometime see in the Execution plan's output it displays the solution chk**** . what does this chk*** mean ? Should I pay any attention to it ?

What kind of execution plan are you seeing that in? A graphical plan, a text plan or something else?

It is in the graphic execution plan where one clicks on an icon e.g tablescan or index scan.

And you see that where, in the properties? No, I can't say that's one I've run into. It sounds like something might be broken. Can you save the execution plan to a .sqlplan file and post here?
