Exporting to CSV

  Hi All

  I have a basic table report, but when I export to CSV it doesnt export all the records. I have date parameter and no matter which date length I put in it only exported the 29 records, when there is about 60. When i export to other formats it is fine.

  The last record it exports is below:

  A001452 1 14521 451254 S Coil cord 32"

  When I click on the last cell the rest of the data is in that one cell (S Coil Cord 32"), so I think it has something to do with the " after 32 thats not getting seperated.

  can anyone please advise.

  I am windows7 and office 2007

  The problem was with the data, there was " in the data which is why it was not exporting all data
