How to change the filegroup of a table through TSQL, when table does not have an index on it? A script would be helpfull, to change the filegroup of all tables in a db(Cant drop or Create any index on it as it is on production)..
Thanks in advance

I guess the easiest way to move objects to a different filegroup would be to use Enterprise Manager.
Look at BOL for filegroups -> switching filegroup for table

Hi Frank,
At last we had to go by the EM way..though it was very lengthy and time cosuming to change the objects, that too when they have millions of rows related to in production..
thanks anyway

Yes, it is!
That's why such things should be carefully planned.
Hey, after all, you don't do this every day, or?
