can any one explian why i am getting this error..........

Error at Data Flow Task [DTS.Pipeline]: "component "OLE DB Destination" (5779)" failed validation and returned validation status "VS_ISBROKEN".
Error at Data Flow Task [DTS.Pipeline]: One or more component failed validation.
Error at Data Flow Task: There were errors during task validation.

SSIS will not support implicit data type conversions. The source data columns have different types than their destinations. Look into the Data Conversion transformation to get your types to match.
