Hot Standby Solutions

    DBAs,

    Does anyone know of other hot standby solutions for SQL Server besides failover clustering?  Are there any 3rd party tools available?

    Polyserve uses a diffrent type of clusering SQL UP does as well. sql 2005 offers database mirroring that could replace clustering as well.
