How Many DBAs

    I used to work for companies that had more than 2 production databases and had no DBA. All SQL developers were 'DBA'.

    ahh ...developers would have been hammered with the work they had:P. did they have any databse consultant?

    How many databases? How many sql servers?

    I have about 100 db servers. Most of them are dedicated as one db server per application. Just a nature of the company business. But I total up my databases beside system I have about 400+ prod and devl.
