I see only this document which is more for SQL 2005 on Windows 2003.

What are the setting and options on Windows 2008?
I believe, we do not have add/remove programs in Windows 2008.
Urgent help is appreciated

from memory go to Control Panel > Programs > Programs & Features. Select SQL Server 2005 and click change

yes the installer is still the same
