How to moniter, tune and resolve Performance issues of share point application

    Hi everyone, would like to know step by step, how to moniter, tune and troubleshoot performance issues of share point application. And the tools used to resolve it.

    can any one please help me what would be the best site or book or video site to learn about the performance of resource bottlenecks and application bottlenecks.

    And would like to know the responsibilities of Physical DBA and Logical DBA

    SharePoint. Just say no if you can. Ugh. What a beast, and worst of all, there is nothing you can do to tune it. We've been told by Microsoft themselves NOT to tune it on the DB end. We are having to remove it completely from our Polyserv matrix and give it its own little world and its own SAN to keep from interfering with everything else.
