how to move datafiles in cluster environment

    we have data files in D partitions and indexes on E and logs in F partitions.

    we are planning to regroup the partitions so that data will be on d and index and log files in E partition. How to do it in cluster environment.

    In cluster environment for the disk resources that are need to be accessed by the SQL service on the cluster, you need to define a "resource" on the cluster. In your case, if I'm not misunderstood your question, you need to define two "resources" on you cluster as D and E so these partitions will be accessible for SQL Service on the cluster.
