Index created data & time

    Hi Gurus,

    Any way to find the indexes created timestamp?

    AFAIK, there's no way to tell.  And you can't use an extended property on system objects otherwise you could assign one there.

    I know Sybase 12.5 has a crdate column that lists this info but to my knowledge, there's no equivalent in SQL Server but I stand to be corrected.  OMG - Did I just say something nice about Sybase???

    you're lucky if you're looking for the primary key indexes... That's in the sysobjects...
