Install second instance of sqlserver in cluster environment

    I'm a newbie to cluster environment. We have active/passive cluster environment and would like to install second instance of sqlserver on cluster box. I would appreciate if someone write me steps to do this.

    You do it in exactly the same way as you did the first one.  You will need a new IP address from your network administrator before you start, and you will need to choose a different instance name and TCP port number from the first instance.  Don't forget to apply the latest service pack/hotfix when you've finished.
