  Hi everyone,

  One of our SQL based applications is displaying an error with a "invalid transaction state" message after restoring the application database from a full backup.

  Anyone have any thoughts on what might have happened?

  That looks like an error from your application, not SQL Server, so will need to delve into the application to see what it means.
