Job history

    Currently I can only see job history for the current day how can I set the default to show history for a greater period?

    How about increasing the size of your job history log..

    right click on sql server agent and then in job systems define a greater value. By default its 1000. if you have enough space in your server then you can specify big number like 10000, so that you can see 10 days of history. 10 * 1000 (as you mentioned you can see only one day of records.)
