I am using double take for high availability and am having issues with Linked Server. The linked server connections work fine before doing a failover. But after I do a failover I get the error attached. To get rid of it I have to logon to the target server with target server name in SSMS and drop and create the linked server. It works fine and then when I do a failback I have the same issue. How can I get rid of this? I cannot keep recreating the linked servers everytime a failover or a failback occurs.
