Loading a column having values in english,chinese,japanese etc. using SSIS

    I have a column in excel which has values in english , chinese, japanese and many more. I am not able to load this data to database. SSIS gives squares instead. Plz help. Its really urgent.

    Does anybody have a solution to this? I'm having the same problem. I've verified that eastern language support is installed on the server (it wasn't originally) and can see the Japanese and Chinese characters in the CSV text file. I can also copy and paste the characters into an Excel sheet. But once I try to import the data into either Excel or SQL Server 2005, it gets replaced with either squares or random characters.
