Login can't be deleted because it granted permissions

    They should be able to. For example, I could grant you permission to impersonate me and you could grant me permission to impersonate you. Never tried it, though!

    Eeeeh. I'm not buying that as an example because in my system all users have windows logins. EDIT: SQL accounts are used for applications.
