I am running Sql 7 and for some reason my backup plan has quit working. I have deleted it and re created it and it still wont backup please help thanks

Check the maintenance plan history and job history for any errors related this...
what are you doing in your maintenance plan?

Is the Sql Agent service running?
When are the backups scheduled to run?
If you look at the jobs created by the Maintenance Plan, what does it show for last run status?
